how to invest in Roarsome

Crowdfunding 2022 - Roarsome News

Investments of this nature carry risks to your capital so please always Invest Aware.

The response to our brand since we launched has been overwhelming and we have laid the foundations for something which could become very special, however it must be said that investing in start ups is risky business! Yes we could become the next big thing, but it’s also very likely that we could fail (most businesses do!).

Investments of this type carry risks to your capital and are illiquid in nature. Tax reliefs depend on individual circumstances, may be subject to change and depend on maintaining our qualifying status. Investments should only be made on consideration of the detailed risk factors contained therein.

To ensure that we are compliant with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, let us know which investor category you fit into and the Roarsome Founders will follow up with our investment pack & next steps:

Our fundraising journey

Crowdfunding 2019 - The Roarsome Raise

In 2019 we were invited to feature on BBC’s Dragons Den, where we received investment offers from most of the Dragons!

Although we agreed a deal with Peter Jones on the show, we subsequently declined due to our first crowdfunding campaign being oversubscribed by 140% during filming!

In 2022 we launched our second crowdfunding campaign and hit our target within 48 hours! Instead of raising £300,000, we raised £550,000!

In 2024, supported by Seed Legals we are opening our biggest private investment round yet - available only to HNWs, angels & self-certified investors.
